Upgrading of Non Qualified Roads In Sabah has been implemented since year 1999. Up to date, 11 work packages were implemented successfully in Penampang, Papar, Beaufort, Kuala Penyu, Tenom, Tuaran and Sipitang. All the upgraded roads are constantly monitored by our surveillance team and also well maintained.
Maintenance of Qualified State Roads in Sabah has been implemented since year 2002. Since then, routine and periodic maintenance work have been actively conducted for all the registered 'Qualified' roads. Besides that, rehabilitation work were also conducted for roads which require intensive maintenance.
Maintaining all of the public roads under MC/DC is a major undertaking and so Pembinaan Kekal Mewah SDN BHD have sub-divided the state into 6 regions and 3 districts headed by an independant consultant engineer appointed by the company to ensure that all maintenance work are carried out properly.

The scope of Works under this Contract generally involves to construct, upgrade and complete the 2 lanes dual carriageway highway (to JKR R5 Standard) of asphaltic concrete pavement starting from CH 85+125 just after the Bongawan Roundabout and ends at CH 107+728 just after the Benoni Interchange, with a length of approximately 22.6 km.
The scope of works under this contract generally involves to construct, upgrade and complete the 2 lanes dual carriageway highway (to JKR R5 Standard) of asphaltic concrete pavement starting from CH233+426.688 just after the Sandakan Mile 32 checkpoint and ends at CH255+147.988 Moynod, with a length of approximately 21.7 km.
