CEO - Datuk Robert Tan

Datuk Robert Tan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. During his tenure with Jabatan Kerja Raya (Kota Kinabalu) from 1977 to 1996, he started off his career as Executive Engineer attached to the Highway Unit for the Crocker Range crossing Tamparuli - Ranau Road Project.

He went on to become Assistant Resident Engineer and then as Head of Road Maintenance Unit for the State of Sabah, heading a work force of 27 engineers. He became the first Assistant Director of the Road Maintenance Unit and resigned in mid 1996 to venture into the private sector, and is the principal owner of Pembinaan Kekal Mewah Sdn. Bhd. heading the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr William Tan

William Tan has been a director of the Company since 1999. He has been involved in the granite quarrying and road construction industry since venturing into the business in 1987. His experience and vast knowledge in the road industry, especially in the granite quarrying and production of asphaltic concrete, is a valuable contributing factor to PKM in undertaking the NQR Concession Project.
